Soupline has begun in 1998 in Great Britain and RESL - International Soup Line Estonia - is an extension of that line. RESL is non-profit performative installation with psychogeographical elements.

* Take Estonian map
* Fold the map so that fold line does connect Räpina and Kärdla
* Or see the line in Google Earth
* If your household is under that line you
fit as the Soupline supper

* Johannes Käru will prepare for you and your friends a vat of soup
* Johannes Käru will serve soup
* Johannes Käru will take photographs
of soup and suppers

* Wait for warm days and nights in April-May.
* Reserve bottom parts of onions & garlics.
* Make a mixture with soil of seeds of carrots, cabbage, cauliflower and parsley. Add water.
* Leave mixture in light & warm place for 2-3 days.
* After that, add clay, water and more soil.
* Mix with onions and garlic thoroughly.
* Form palm-sized balls of mixture.
* Check out RESL - Google Earth and find your favourite place on that line.
* Drop or bomb or dig those balls in chosen place.
* Come back in August or September.
* Make soup from what has spreaded and growing.
* Take a vat
* Half fill the vat with water
* Add bouillon cubes according to instructions
* Put the vat on the heat
* Cut cubes from potatoes, carrots, cabbage and onion
* Cut the same size portions from cauliflower
* Cut small slices from garlic
* Chop parsley
* If bouillon boils add potatoes and carrots
* After a while do the same with onions and cabbage
* After a while add cauliflower
* The last thing to add is garlic
* Soup is ready when all components are soft
* Season according to taste
* Add chopped parsley to portions
